    I did contact them. They said it's a DDOS attack again. Now they are keep on fixing.

    Same here, in nyc. VOD not working again.

    Yes, only live channel is working. Their server unstable all the time since February. Why are they take so long for upgrade server? I don't get it.

    "We got the news from TVChina team, the problems in those days will be totally be solved before 10/4. If you don't want to waiting anymore, you can request for fefund from your agent."

    this issue is regarding to their server for all over the world or just affecting USA? If say I were to use VPN to like Canada, Will that fix all the issues? Just curious. If it working elsewhere other than USA then I don't mind connecting it via VPN so I can avoid all these issues every time it happens

    I just contacted tvchina for extra days . Here's what they said: Hi，
    We have no access to do this, but we can request TVChina to give you extra days for compensation.
