    Hi,

    Does anyone know what error code "-T3" means? This is the error code I get when trying to launch TVB live stream and other VOD apps.
    I have a pad4 and never did the upgrade.

    It means the connection timed out.

    clear all dns, unplug power and ethernet. Reconnected ethernet and power up. Its been over 10 minutes, TVPad store still nothing there.

    BTW, I was reading some posting a few days ago and decided to restore the TVPad 4 to factor setting, forgot to backup old TVB apps of course, do you know of anyway, anywhere to get to those apps. Thankx.

    changed my tvpad 3 to the 49 dns. reboot it and then everything works fine. I can access the store and the video on demand dramas also work!! I'm in the NY area

    I have tvpad 3 and now I have to fill in the IP address,subnet mask, and gateway numbers to get the tvpad to work, but I don't remember the numbers. Can anybody help with this problem?

    First, turn on auto, your router will assign the ip, subnet mask, gateway, and the DNS to your tvpad. Copy the first three items down. Then turn on manual, type in the first three items you have copied down, then type in the DNS that works for you, if you were in the US, use 49.213.10.163

    The problem is the ip, subnet mask and gateway number was erased by mistake. How do you get them back? Please help.

    How do you get to the HKTV app? I tried searching but nothing pops up, btw do you know what the TVB app is with all the recorded dramas?

    If you are in the US. the 49.213.10.163 DNS should work. Just double check everything.

    49* works for me but with wire
    cannot access IP address with wifi
    what should i do?

    You need to use Powerline Ethernet adapters. something like this here...

    See that right triangle icon next to your wifi name? click there, enter your wifi password, and you will be able to change your wifi IP address there.

    You may have to unplug the Ethernet cable from the TVPad to configure the Wi-Fi settings.

    Have we established that TVPad 1 and 2 are effectively dead? My TVPad 2 can still stream live TV channels only, on demand services don't work. TVPad 1 is completed not working.
