Yue's video quality for live streaming, VOD, and playback has been choppy lately. Is anyone having the same problem? I have high speed cable (Comcast Blast) so speed shouldn't be an issue. I'm in MA.

Veronica, This is Tony from Dallas, Tx. I have experienced the same problem with the VOD and playback on the YueTV apps on my TVPad4. I attempted to contact the TVPad phone number [+86 (755) 8608-9507] and their chat room:
They were effectively no respond. I finally received an email from them. They suggested me to reload the YueTV apps (latest version 0.40). This is the version I already have on my TVPad 4. Apparently, they still do not know how to fix the problem yet. I am trying to be helpful to them and I hope them can fix it soon?
I have the same problem in boston for 4 weeks now. It is worst after 5:00pm. may be they have more people using Yue Tv or Blue TV now, their server is having performance issue. Unfortuantely technical support from TVpad4 is non-existence. I wonder how could people have confidence buying the new Blue TV box.

------- Thanks for the info. I'm sure I have the same version but will need to check. @silverstar12 is right about their server performance issue after 5 PM/6 PM E.S.T as my parents told me that Yue works mostly fine during the day. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
I have the 5.054 TVPAD 4 here and since yesterday night YueTV has stopped working. I have the YueTV v2.1, is there a update for the app? If there is a update I can't find it. Anyone else experience any problems recently with YueTV?

For anyone who's YueTV stopped working, here is how I got it working again:
I upgraded Yue tv to version 0.042 last night but is having problem seeing anything after the upgrade. It just show 2kb/s or 0kb/s download. Anyone is having similar problem? Padman, do you know who or how we can contact to resolve the Yue TV problem?

It is no problem on my side please double check your network again.
Help, I am in west coast usa and I had to factory restore my tv pad (5.054) because of internal storage issues. Even clearing the cache and data would not free up any storage to upgrade the current apps and end up I can't watch yuetv without the dialog box popping up to update. After I reset, I installed my apps and the only one not working is yuetv. Yuetv will open but can't play anything. My download file is v2.3. Am I missing something?

download YueTV v2.3 here

install and run it, it will ask you to upgrade, select UPGRADE.
It will upgrade to v0.40, and you should be good to go.
