HTV2 can not connect to wi-fi

in HTV IPTV Box
My HTV2 can not detect any wi-fi even I double check to confirm my other devices conected with no problem.
Can anyone help me ?

    This is likely to be a faulty wifi card inside the HTV is broken, you can try resolder the card, it has 6 soldier point, it should say REALTEK

    It didn't show any wifi network signal for connection. Only spinning
    I solved the problem by reset HTV back to factory setup and re-install all apps.
    Thanks for help anyway
