TVPad4 Not Working

Hi I just bought a TVPad4 GCN 4 weeks ago, it worked for 1 week and stop working now. I can not watch any channels except CCTV. My TVPad store is blank / empty. I put a USB flash drive in but my TVPad cannot see my USB or may be I don't know where to look. Can anyone help?
