network issue

I have TVpad 4. There is viewing disrruption the last couple days. I reset to factory original setting. However I have encountered network problem. There is nothing wrong with our internet connection. I double check the LAN connection by using my laptop. I can't upgrade, or register. The program won't even load. When I run check up - It gave me "???" error code: -1. Can someone teach me how to solve this problem?

By the way, when I bought the product, it was functioning well till few weeks ago.

    I guess I have a similar issue. My tvpad4 keep saying no network connection despite it being connect on my wifi. I tried changing the dns and keep getting getting no network connection error. Anyone know what is the problem?

    If the tvp4 got no network, do a factory reset and reinstall all the apps by banana installer.

    Where is this banana installer? There's people saying put the app apk on the usb and plug in the usb slot and supposedly a prompt will show up to let me install the apps. I did that and no prompt show up.

    Nevermind I got it. The trick is put the banana install apk by itself while all your other apk in the folder.

    Where can I get "banana installer"?
    I have a message @ network testing of "Server: abnormal, error code:-1".
    I am on cable line and TVPad won't let me switch to WIFI.

    I found batchinstall.banana in T4Android-App's zip file and put it on USB but my TVPad is not reading it.

    Sorry, just finished chatting to TVPad, they told me I have TVPad 3 and there is no fix for me yet.......
