TVPAD 4 with VPN+DNS error TVPAD restricted work around!!!!!!
Ok after some test on the tvpad 4 on firmware 5.06 with the TVPAD restricted error I find a painful work around. I tested this with the VPN and DNS. WIFI is a little bit more painful then wired, so I will give you the method on the wired first. This is only to people with VPN and the DNS.
Once you have the VPN and the DNS all setup.
Wired
1. unplug Ethernet wire from TVPAD
2. cold reboot TVPAD to clear the restricted error
3. go into TVPAD store and stay in there
4. plug in Ethernet wire back into TVPAD
5. run apps inside TVPAD store and you wont have the error saying it's restricted
WIFI
1. cold reboot TVPAD
2. go into TVPAD store before the restricted error pop up
4. stay inside TVPAD app store
3. run apps inside TVPAD store and you wont have the error saying it's restricted

I have Linksys and Belkin router that I can flash DD-WRT but couldn't get PureVPN to work on them.
I was able to use PureVPN on my iPad and MacBook Air.
Any help is appreciate.
Thanks

That's why I was asking for the brand and model number of the router that you used to make this work.
