Hello

Ever since yesterday, Dec. 22nd, 2015, I've been getting the "User TVPad is restricted. For more information. Please contact seller". I am using dns 49 + 2nd router to Panama. I would like to ask if anyone else is getting the same message or is it just me?

I was wondering if it have anything to do with me disputing my pad4 because it stopped working beginning of nov?

Any information is appreciated. Thank you

You can still use YueTV and the 36 app without restricted message. No need to VPN or change DNS.

What 36 apps are you referring to? You also said no need to VPN and DNS. Does that mean you're within the USA?

Thank you so much. I installed the YueTV and 36 app and it works great. I guess YueTV is all I needed. I am in shocked they fixed the auto dns. So does that mean USA is no longer blocked?

All the time spent on VPN, routers, ddwrt will not sit in my pile of junk until next time lol

You can also download vchannel app as a backup source for TVB drama in case TVpad apps fail:

YueTV is TVPad's countermeasure for the US court order and it is primarily for US users. It is not as smooth as regular TVPad apps such as ??????. You may experience some buffering in prime time.

Yea I notice the buffering part in the beginning. but throughout the video I have no problem. It goes up to like 700-800 KB/s. It is a solution for now. Every time it goes out, I give myself a week to ask on here and see if there is a fix and then, when I have enough of it, I would just go buy the HTV3 and get it over with lol.

I found Live channels always smooth but VOD sometime choppy depends on what time you play it.

In case it's too choppy, you can use Vchannel app instead.

I have purevpn and got disconnected today. I found out purevpn changed their host server names.

I find that Yue tv works faster if you are connected from canada.
