    can any one help me to reinstall all the apps for my tvpad 4. I did some things dum, all the apps been rase.

    None of the DNS# doesn't work, I bought the 2nd router and tried it but no luck... what do I need to do? I have TVPad2

    did you configured the vpn on the 2Nd router...

    At Florida Miami area, I tried DNS : 106.39.38.250 yesterday, it works for TVpad3. Hope can help somebody.

    my old m121 was working good,but 4 months ago one day when I turn it on It will not working any more,the message was:the user does not exist.Is any one can help

    @awl216,
    if your 2nd router is configured with vpn, try setting the DNS to Auto on tvpad2. That's how mine is currently working.

    I'm in US San Francisco. I have TVpad 121s and TVpad 4. I haven't use it for 2 months now. None of them is working. What is the best way to get it working again? Is change DNS works? I also have the Torguard VPN. If I get an extra router to connect to the existing router works? Please help! Thank you!

    Using DNS 47.88.138.175 for both tvpad1m121s and 2tvpad4s fw 5.054 and fw 5.06 via purevpn and dlink dir615(PPTP)as 2nd router pointing to Panama. FAST AND SMOOTH(:D

    my tvpad 2 got the green man but can't watch any apps o.o whats wrong with it

    Was it working before? Destination what have you done to the tvp so far?

    o.o turn on the tv this morning, green man pop back out, but can't go into any apps. live app is 0-2kb ???? Download data failed

    No idea then, haven't heard of any one with the same symptoms.

    Perhaps try changing your dns to another one

    on DNS 106.39.38.250, the following apps works: live TV (China,Taiwan channels, but not Honh Kong), Movies, TV series.
