Anyone have any experience with account password recovery with TV China? My parents updated the app and it seems like it's asking for login credentials again. I don't see anything that looks like password recovery in the app but I could have missed something.

Tried to contact them but they haven't even accepted the WeChat friend quest. Unless I'm using WeChat wrong ( made an account specifically for this ). Was hoping there was another way, though also sent email to [email protected]

About tvchina, all tvb replay , j2 and tvb finance replay record not completely, one hour show recorded 40 min. And the live channel the screen occurred skip, repeat and freeze , anyone have same problem?
Tvpad4 with TV China app. Went to my in-laws and plugged in and...The Tvpad4 reset everything!. Thank myself always carried an USB with the app to reinstall. That saved Thanksgiving entertainment????
