Anyone else getting lots of buffering with VOD? Live channels play fine but periodic pausing/buffering with VOD content.
Yes, it is happened daily for Replay and VOD since a week ago. I send an email to tvchina, make sure all of you out there do the same. More feedback to them will give them pressure to fix their server problem. If they are charging us $$$$ per month, they should provide better service.

Sounds like they all link to the same source. Looks to be the same issues on bluetv and HTv.

You can also use [email protected] if you purchase the TVchina thru them. It is important to let them know where you are (i.e. USA etc.). Folks the more they received problems feedback the more efforts they will try to fix them. I encourage all of you that experience this problem send an email to them.

Usually the TvChina buffering problem for Replay and VOD occur in the USA at night time after 6:00pm eastern. Anybody out there in the USA experienced similar problems? If yes, you all should send them an email and report, so that they are more serious to fix the server performance issues. TVchina is a paying service now, they should provide more reliable service.
i emailed [email protected] yesterday and provided ISP and other information. Today buffering issues resolved but no new programs update since yesterday. lol

they used their 2 man wrecking crew to fix your problem. now everything is pushed back lol
Buffering like crazy here in Florida. So annoying only good for Live TV using SPMC/Kodi for everything else right now.
They just asked me for my IP and MAC address, lets see how long it will take them to fix it. Is so annoying and I almost would like to request my money back.
Paying $79/yr you would expect a lot from TV China I suppose. Can someone review about paid services for reliable ones? In this forum we had only discuss about two paid service of late I think, being TVChina and Napper.
Would be nice to know if there are more expensive but which features like Replay works flawlessly. I had the chance to try out recently a Japanese IPTV. It's not cheap but the quality is really good. And I mean really good..
Just wondering if us the Chinese consumers are killing this businesses because of us abandoning the service for free stuff, or always looking for cheaper? So instead of demanding reliability we demand a price bracket.
