粵港樂視 auto upgrade to 4.5.1, no picture

粵港樂視 on H.TV2 auto upgraded to 4.5.1. When open it again, there is sound, but no picture. Just a plan screen. Anyone has this issue?

    I have the same issue too, after auto upgrade to 4.5.2 still have only sound, no picture in the beginning, after about 3-4minutes, the sound was gone too, what i have is just a black screen with no sound. But if i switch to another channel and switch back, the sound will be back on, after 3-4 minutes the same issue happen again.
    Anyone can solve these issues?

    I just installed the lower version of the app and avoid update it for now.

    before it upgraded, i had version 3.7.xx

    Pardon my ignorance. He do you install the Pak file to the htv box? Do I need to uninstall the current app before install the new apk? Thanks.

    @kysj Just put the apk on a usb then plug it into your htv.

    Since you are downgrading then you would need to uninstall it first.

    l try all that but old version. keep update in backgrand .after update the new version them l had black sceen
